Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar has become a massive box office success with strong public support. The film opened with a decent collection of around ₹28 crores nett on its first day. However, powerful word of mouth helped the film grow rapidly over the next few days.
On its second Saturday, Dhurandhar shocked the trade by collecting nearly ₹55 crores nett, which is almost double its opening-day earnings. This is the highest second Saturday collection ever for a Hindi film. The movie also performed extremely well on weekdays, showing excellent audience interest.
Dhurandhar Takes Over the Box Office
With this strong performance, Dhurandhar is now in the race to become the biggest Indian film of 2025. Currently, Kantara: Chapter 1 holds the top spot with a worldwide collection of over ₹800 crores. Trade analysts believe Dhurandhar has the potential to challenge this record.
Directed by Aditya Dhar, the film stars Ranveer Singh along with Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, and Sara Arjun in important roles.
